Located in a highly sought-after precinct, Bourke and Bowden responds to local demand by delivering a contemporary mixed-use development incorporating office and retail spaces. Hickory has reimagined the site as a high-quality commercial precinct with a strong focus on design and functionality.
In collaboration with developers Time & Place and John Wardle Architects, Hickory transformed the 8,089sqm site into a vibrant community hub, centred around a light-filled atrium that connects to a landscaped ground-level courtyard.
