Project description
The Nile hotel is an existing 12 storey building on the Nile in the heart of Cairo. The hotel is actually abandoned and has been out of operation, all internal finishes and built-in furniture in Guest rooms, public areas and service areas were in very bad condition, also electrical installations and equipment were quite out dated and hove not been maintained for numerous of years.

The Nile hotel is an existing 12 storey building on the Nile in the heart of Cairo. The hotel is actually abandoned and has been out of operation, all internal finishes and built-in furniture in Guest rooms, public areas and service areas were in very bad condition, also electrical installations and equipment were quite out dated and hove not been maintained for numerous of years.
A major architecture design and re-planning have been undertaken to rehabilitate the different hotel floors and put them back in order.
-Minor design changes have been added to the elevations to maintain the appearance of the hotel according to license agreement.
The Ground, Mezzanine and top floor of the renovated building are housing and all public facilities, where the typical floors (from 2nd to 9th) contains Guest rooms, the totally renovated the Hotel comprises a total of 221 keys, 125 Typical rooms and 46 Suites.
It will be operated by JJW Hotels & Resorts as a 4 star Hotel. However, finishes are for 5 star Hotel.
