The Hyatt Regency takes over two office wings for guestrooms and suites and connects them with new dynamic public areas that spill out to garden plazas. It links through to a new residential development of luxury apartments, and to the Great Circle events lawn.

The Great Circle caters for concerts and outdoor exhibitions whilst providing a lush green day-lit "glass box" function areas: and a large neighborhood gym with seductive dark spa, play area for guests and residents, to meet, play and exercise.

The Hyatt Regency offers cool, contemporary living with many guestrooms and suites looking out to distant views of the Pyramids. It has a multi theme Signature restaurant with nightly entertainment terraces: a triple volume lobby lounge with areas for work, meeting and relaxation.
